How to Use:

1. Wear and press the strap from back to front

2. Put the strap into the selection shaft from front to back

3. Shake the tightening rod up and down (can not be pressed)

4. Put the buckle on the strap

5. Use pliers to bite the buckle

6. Hand pressure tightening handle, with partition

7. Press the tightening handle by hand to remove it from the belt

8. Completed
